Import your existing logbook

You should not have to retype your career. KármánLogs helps you bring your history with you.

Import from CSV or another app

1. Export your existing logbook to a CSV file from your current app.
2. In KármánLogs, start an import and select that file.
3. Map the columns if prompted, then confirm.

Your flights come in with their times and details so you can pick up where you left off.

Scan paper logbooks

If your history is on paper, you can scan pages and documents with on-device AI to pull the entries in, rather than typing every row by hand.

Tips for a clean import

• Double-check date and time formats in your CSV before importing.
• Import into a fresh logbook first if you want to review before merging.
• Keep your original export file as a backup until you have confirmed everything looks right.
