Fix sync between your iPhone and iPad
Updated June 5, 2026
Your logbook syncs through your own iCloud account. If a device is not showing the latest entries, here is how to get it caught up.
First, the quick checks
- Same Apple Account. Confirm both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account in Settings → your name.
- iCloud is on for KármánLogs. In Settings → your name → iCloud, make sure iCloud Drive is on and KármánLogs is allowed.
- Network. Sync needs a working internet connection on both devices. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular if one seems stuck.
If it still looks behind
Apple's sync runs in the background and there is no button that forces it instantly. The most reliable way to nudge it is to fully quit the app and reopen it on the device that looks behind:
- Swipe up to the app switcher.
- Swipe KármánLogs up to close it.
- Open it again and give it a moment on a good connection.
Check Sync Health
KármánLogs has a Sync Health screen that shows what has synced, when it last ran, and anything that did not. Check it to see the real status rather than guessing.
If entries are still missing after this, email support@karmanlogs.com with what you are seeing on each device and we will help.
