Set up KármánLogs

KármánLogs is built for iPhone and iPad and keeps your logbook in your own iCloud. Here is how to get going.

1. Install the app

Download KármánLogs from the App Store on your iPhone or iPad. It runs on iOS and iPadOS.

2. Make sure iCloud is on

Your logbook syncs through your personal iCloud account, so there is nothing extra to create.

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap your name at the top, then iCloud.
3. Confirm iCloud Drive is on, and that KármánLogs is allowed to use iCloud.

If you use more than one device, sign in to the same Apple Account on each, and your logbook will appear on all of them.

3. Add your first aircraft and flight

You can add a flight in seconds. For a US-registered aircraft, type the tail number and the make, model, and class are pulled from the FAA registry for you. From there, enter your times and KármánLogs fills in night time, takeoffs, and landings automatically.

Bring your history with you

Already have a logbook? You do not need to retype it. See Import your existing logbook to bring entries in from CSV or another app.
